Born and raised in a Mexican & Spanish Traditional family with strong Culinary Roots.
He has passion for good food that started when he was 12 years old.
Jose studied culinary arts in Montréal.
After spending 18 years in Quebec.
Jose moved to Canmore and opened Aroma's restaurant with his wife Laura.
We're based in Canmore, AB!
We bring a skill set of serving a unique in the Valley Mexican & Spanish true experience with made from scratch healthy conscious meals for you and your guests in a dinner party setting.
